C-4 is described in their official class leader profile as a notail of average height and build, sporting short shaggy hair and forward-facing antennae each bent twice at a right angle. Their mask is the face of an ant. Other than a capelike poncho with their name embroidered on the collar, C-4 wears nondescript, standard-issue notail clothing.
C-4 could not be reached for comment, but interviews collated from various C-ontrollers, C-4's superior O-9, and other class leaders reveals C-4 as an exceptionally private person whose main interest is their work. Over half of the C-ontrollers interviewed for this article used the word "boring" to describe C-4, who seems to work around the clock and will only leave their office when attending class leader meetings.
As the C-class leader, they coordinate with K-classes who ensure the creative architectural work of C-ontrollers is kept in check by the physical limits and properties of construction materials. A dedicated team of K-classes conducts materials testing in a range of environments, as well as market research into ideal building layouts and sizes for work and living. As the new data is being constantly generated, C-4 is kept quite busy collating and relaying all of this info as needed to C-ontrollers.
It is presumed they C-4 enjoys this rather mind-numbing work, as at no point in their centuries-long tenure have they felt the need to step down as leader.
C-4's life and work prior to their promotion is barely documented, primarily due to the extraordinary duration they have remained as the C-class leader. Some non-notail historical commentators of pre-space age Eukaryotic society have found evidence of the C-4 position being rapidly usurped by a series of C-ontrollers. This is primarily seen in the "waves" of architectural trends on Eukaryote deemed in vogue by the C-4 of the time, who exercised creative oversight over all their fellow architects.
The current C-4's promotion seemed to stabilize the competitiveness and infighting among the C-ontrollers, as C-4 adopted more of a supporting role and allowed individual C-ontrollers far more free reign in their architectural designs, provided all building regulations were followed.
As a class leader, C-4 is constantly cloned and replaced upon death, and will continue to do so unless someone is able to outperform them for the position.
None.
• C-4's vital statistics, while seemingly incongruous with the vigorous requirements normally expected of notail class leaders, have been verified as correct by the notail government who released them to the Cosmosdex.
• C-4's capture creature is a twachi. C-4 is clearly quite attached to this creature, as its silhouette is visible behind almost all of the official depictions of the C-class leader.
• Due to C-4 themself being unavailable for comment, the contents of this article have been assembled to the best of the author's ability from C-4's coworkers and official statements from the notail government. If anyone is able to share more detailed information about this individual, please contact tipline@cosmosdex.com . Anonymity of contributors will be respected where appropriate.
