Contributions: Classless notails are notails who are naturally born into the Notail Union. While they have the same rights and benefits as notails with classes, they have no true place within the Union. They often do odd jobs, especially G-class work.
Traits
This character can look at a situation realistically and decide when to give up or back off. This sometimes causes the character to back away from situations that can possibly won with a bit of effort or luck.
This character is commonly hard-working and is unlikely to fail most of their tasks. This character is also careful with their work and makes less mistakes than most.
A character with this trait will experience a difficulty making choices. They might spend an awful amount of time, completely halting their progress, just because a choice like what to eat for the day. Usually the character will try to ration out what choice is the better one, but the harder it is for them to see the better option the harder it will become. Should the choice become too hard for them to decide, the character is most likely to resort to a friend to decide for them. Most apparent with insignificant choices but potentially deadly with important once.
Personality & Traits
Classless notails are those who are born between a union of two other notails. These children have the same rights and benefits as other notails, but live with their parents for the first ten years of their life. After this time is up, they must decide to either send their child into the woods or continue raising them at home.
Classless notails who do not go into the woods are often mocked by their peers because they have not gone through the same "tense survival situation" the rest of notail kind has experienced. Those who are not sent into the woods express displeasure towards their parents for not letting them experience notail tradition, even if it was for their own protection.
Due to a lack of a true schooling system, parents typically bring their children with them everywhere after the age of four to allow them to learn their own job. Children born of two notails of the same class have no problem picking up habits desired for their parental class, but trouble arises when two types mix. For example, a Q+R-class mix would likely be far more interested in destroying invasive species in a forest, than defending against illnesses or guarding an area like their parents.
Notails brush off any problems a classless notail has with the excuse "it's because you were born" even in situations where birth has no impact on their situation. Classless notails find that when their symbol is hidden others judge less and are willing to help more. Many find this disheartening.

Naturally born: Because classless notails are "naturally born" between the bond of two notails, they are more likely to have abnormalities and mutations. Notails have specifically set up their species to "revert" certain changes they have made, in the case that their baby creation vats ever fail, making it easier to survive naturally.
Trivia
• Many notails haven't seen a child in many years and will typically assume that a child is a notail with a tiny size mutation before anything else.
• Notails are naturally inclined to avoid relationships, but due to the failsafe programmed into them, classless adults lack this intense aversion. While rare, there are multigenerational families of notails who have found their place in society, often taking up entertainer, or artistic jobs, both of which have no class equivalent. These groups are often beloved in their communities, as opposed to being viewed with vague distaste.
