Aww, well aren't you just precious! People are easily endeared to this character with their puppy-like look. Their presence is often additionally capable of increasing morale for the crew, assuming they like sweet things.
This character not only has a way with words but people are ready and willing to listen. This trait means this character has a better chance when trying to convince a character to do a deed. Sometimes this character might even be willing to convince others to do things they'd never even consider before.
This character knows how to psychically read and control the feelings and emotions of those around them. The power of their Emotion Control depends on their strength and intelligence and how long the Emotion Control lasts depends on endurance.
This character is very childish. Although this can be seen as cute sometimes, it can also be very annoying.

Physical Description
In most respects Cerella is a conventional looking kyubi. She is lean and tall and beautiful to behold by most people. By the standards of daemons she is what one might call "petite" standing at a little under the expected six-feet. She has a toned, athletic physique about her body. Her skin is smooth and vibrant, colored a deep amaranth.
She has a head of long hair, untied it would extend to somewhere in the region of her lower back, but she usually has it tied into some "fashionable immature" tails. She regularly dyes it into a pale light pink color with some either white or pinkish-red highlighting depending on her mood. Piercing from her pale hair, and out from the top of her head she has a pair of twisting horns, going up and about in a corkscrew pattern for about six inches. They are dark black with pink "candy-cane stripes" painted up along their length
Piercing the center of her torso, Cerella has the usual daemon heart-hole, in the typical shape of a heart, though unlike most daemons, her heart has rounded edges, and is beveled down to appear more "nonthreatening". She has a lengthy and precocious tail sprouting from her posterior which ends in a heart shaped tip, and sprouting from her back she has a pair of resplendent black crow wings. Her wings are mostly black, but feature the occasional feather in a red-pink color, as well as resplendent designs in that same color.
Her face is contoured into a shape of "sweet softness" with makeup done to emphasize her naturally smooth sculpted features, and bring a sense of youthful vibrancy to her face. Her eyes are twin pools of dark with a vibrant lilac irises, centered by heart shaped pupils. Her lips are painted in a peculiar sort of glossy black that reflects in a distinctively pink color.
Cerella's wardrobe leans towards the "Elegant Pastel-Goth" featuring elaborate dresses and ribbonwork principally in pastel pink and black.
Cerella, like most kyubi, is of course quite capable of a limited form of shapeshifting, and on the occasions when she does, generally prefers species which she regards as "Spooky but cute".
Personality
Compared to the image of daemons as ruthless, authoritarian monsters, Cerella doesn't exactly appear to fit the mold. Even when accounting for the fact that she's a kyubi, she still comes across as altogether unusual by the typical image of the cool, sensual kyubi, compelling other beings with their suave charms.
Instead she has a rather juvenile and childish demeanor, favoring cutesy mannerisms and cute objects, and has a rather pronounced sweet tooth that drives the majority of her actions. She often favors eating sweets to the exception of more fulfilling food choices, and indeed usually has to be coaxed into eating things she actually needs by covering them in a prodigious layer of some manner of sweet topping or sauce, such as honey. She's easily bored and prone to 'tantrums' when she doesn't get the sorts of things she wants, and demands stimulation in a manner not dissimilar to a child, and frequent gifts and meals.
Many tend to underestimate her due to her attitude, failing to understand that, childish or not, she is still a daemon. She's still as cruel and as spiteful as any of her more emotionally mature. As is the case with daemons she's self-absorbed, and incredibly vain, caring little for the lives and feelings of others. Cerella uses those for her own purposes, whether as her underlings to serve her various whims and schemes, or worse as her "toys" to serve her neverending desire for stimulation and entertainment. In either situation she will break and fix them as she wishes until she ultimately grows bored of them and tosses them aside.
There are those exceptions of course, those "toys" of hers that she has developed quite an attachment to, though it must be understood, only to their detriment. It should be understood of course, that while Cerella is free to break and fix her "toys" as much as she wants, Cerella is quite unforgiving of those that insist on touching them themselves.
History
Cerella was, like most daemons, born on a random planet that happened to be filled with sapient species. Abandoned by her natural parents, as is the daemon custom, she wandered around the planet for years, scrounging what she could to get by. Things continued this way until Cerella was approached by a curious individual who offered her sweets. Cerella was naturally suspicious, and indeed she should've been, because random individuals offering young children --even young daemon children-- candy is an inherently suspicious situation.
Nevertheless Cerella was quite hungry, and the individual was quite charming, so she accepted, and tasted the most wondrous thing she ever had. She immediately went to join the man, and spent a good several years as something very much akin to a incredibly well pampered pet. This man, it turns out, was quite the unsavory individual, though not in the manner that compelling children with sweets might suggest. A grifter, a thief, an all around cheat was the sort of man he was and like most such men he always plotted and schemed for things far greater than his own personal ability was capable of.
As it happens, as Cerella matured, so matured a particular set of special powers for kyubi are noted for, an ability to manipulate the feelings and emotions of others. Thus it was that the unsavory man utilized Cerella in the interest of expanding his own power and authority over his tiny littler pocket of the universe, plying his little devil with gifts of sweet and toys, and whatever other such things that she desired and demanded. As he grew older and less capable, he doted on her more extensively, and entrusted in her more and more important tasks in the management of his little kingdom. Indeed there are some who question to what extant he ever really had control over her, with some even wondering the very fortuitous event in which she came to this state of power was not some contrivance of her design.
Regardless, the unsavory man was a quite a deal more mortal than Cerella was, and so it eventually came to pass that he would degrade into far too much of an invalid to play any sort of active role in the management of his own effects. Naturally everything was entrusted to Cerella who quite naturally, as though she had simply been waiting for it, slid quite easily into the role of proper active ownership of his little enterprise.
And the rest is, as they say, history.

• Cerella has been banned from Zodiac space, and more particularly the leo homeworld, after an unfortunate incident involving the leo representative and Cerella's indomitable drive towards sweet and sweet and cute things. Attempts from her to circumvent are punished with extreme prejudice
• She's also been banned from the apidee homeworld for similar reasons, involving the attempted strongarming of an apidee honeyplant and excessively aggressive affection towards the apidee.
• She has yet also been permanently expelled from the smeeper homeworld, for crimes involving the attempted forced shearing and utilizing the natives as incredibly snuggly pillows in far too antagonistic a manner.
