Danger Level: Medium
Likes: Humid air, Hunting prey, Bodies of water

Attack Method: This fauna makes a bright light to attract others to it before giving as quick of a death as possible with swipes of its claws or a mauling with its teeth.
When one sees a glimdeer, one would assume they are fauna until they see the webbed fins, claws, and long tail. The glimdeer is actually an amphibian with antler shaped antenna that is used to detect how humid the air is around them.
The skin of the creature comes in pale yellows and browns, with the antlers and webbing of their fins in a lighter shade than the rest of the body. The eyes are all a single color which may range from blue to green. The webbed part of the glimdeer's fin is known to absorb sunlight, which it stores the energy from and produces light from at night.
Fins are always located on the side of the head, on the back, and on the sides and top of the tail. The feet of the glimdeer end in two toes with hoof-like claws.
In the day glimdeers sleep with their fins either out of the water or close to the edge so that they can gather sunlight to use later in the day. At night, the creature awakens and begins hunting through the darkness to look exclusively for diurnal prey. They ignore fellow nocturnals, who are often unaffected by their hunting methods. Once a prey has been found they will use their fins and eyes to produce a bright light to wake up and attract their prey to them.
Once the prey gets close enough, the glimdeer attack with claws and teeth to kill the prey before it gets a chance to run away. However, if the glimdeer attracts a predator, they will instead flash their lights in order to blind the attacker's vision before fleeing the area. While the fauna will eat plants if forced to due to scarcity, it is unable to sustain itself for long on such a diet. Over time the glimdeer will weaken and die, its fin light growing duller and duller with every passing day.
None / Unknown.
