Traits
This character tends to be calmer than most and is slightly more likely to be able to calm down faster in tense situations and clear their mind.
This character is bigger, stronger, and more durable than their peers by a fairly significant amount, often towering over their smaller kin. Tends to have various size related issues, such as having to duck when going through doorways and having a hard time finding equipment in their size.
This character rarely has any thoughts for themselves. They live for others or a master and commonly will do nothing unless directly ordered to. When this character loses their master or puppeteer they may become helpless or cling to the nearest leader.
Personality & Traits
Some don't believe calling a C-class a notail is correct anymore. C-classes, while having the same frame as notails, look different from them - and sometimes from each other depending on the type. Every C-class, despite their different body shapes, have the same start in life and mental attitude, except for the C-ontroller type.
C-classes are not raised with other types of notails and are only taken care of by their own class. C-classes are raised in silence. The only skill they learn is basic language skills, and they themselves will never use it, merely understand it. C-classes are unable to think for themselves; they don't have dreams or aspirations, and if left completely alone they will just eat, drink, and perform the most basic of hygiene functions by themselves without being told to do so. The rest of a C-class' time will be spent sitting, staring into nothingness, or sleeping. Nothing more, nothing less. Their tightly packed hives are a testament to this.
Other than their normal emotionless state, a C-class' only other emotion seems to be fear. If unexpected danger comes their way they will attempt to avoid it, or if it is a non-notail attacker, they will swarm it with attacks of their own. This is, of course, unless their actions would go against any orders they were given.
The C-ontrollers are needed to actually get C-classes working. They give orders to C-classes via their antennas. C-classes cannot refuse the orders of a C-ontroller. If a C-ontroller says to walk into a fire they will do so with no hesitation. Their utter dedication to orders allows them to build large buildings in a fraction of the time it takes to do with a normal group of notails. Their lack of complaining about their situation is a major upside.
Subtypes
Many other types: There are many types of C-classes but the only difference is their body shape. Some have specialized body shapes to get into certain areas or be used for specific tasks.
C-ontroller: The C-ontrollers may be otherwise normal notails, but they are able to chain messages through C-classes to make sure the whole hive knows what each and every single member is doing. C-ontrollers are also architects and are rather skilled at their job.
Special
Mindless: C-classes don't think for themselves. Even taking a baby C-class away and raising them in a better setting doesn't seem to change anything. Without a C-ontroller, they'll never be able to do anything but the most basic of needs.
Trivia
• The C-class is exclusively given masks that look like arthropods. A C-ontroller may take another mask but this is rare.
• C-classes weren't always the mindless creatures they are today. Way before notails ever got into space C-classes were just larger, sturdier notails who had a smaller emotional range.
• The only class that can override a C-ontroller's command is an O-class.
