Physical Description

F-911 is a fairly distinct, rather atypical notail. He is a tall, broad shouldered, well built notail with pale skin, and short dark hair. A powerfully built being who carries himself with a air of authoritative confidence. His candor is often described as tense, which He himself usually describes as "Ready to pounce at a moment's notice. E:<"

His mode of dressing is usually described as "business-y" usually by those who mostly see him during work hours. His usual "business wear" consists of a black suit, pants, and shirt, with silver tiger stripe patters along the sleeves and sides of the torso. F-911 doesn't typically wear a tie except during "important business affairs", when he does it's usually silver and black. Some remark that his attire is "highly derivative" of O-6's, to which his usually reply is "YES. E:<"

On his "off-time" which is generally whenever F-911 feels the call to "Have a wrassle". This casual work-out attire consisting of a black tanktop with silver stripes along the sides, and black pants. His arms and legs are wrapped in bandages and he has silver tiger stripes painted along his bare arms.

F-911's mask is a black and silver tiger design, it is very similar to O-6's mask save for the coloration, and the fact that F-911's standard mask has an "eyepatch" over the right eye. Sometimes though he wears what it essentially just O-6's mask but silver instead of gold.

Personality

F-911 is, by and large, an intense individual. He's rarely not "amped" and hardly ever seems to tire or get bored with anything. Indeed his greatest quality is the ability to bring a passionate energy to even the most mundane of tasks, such as mind-numbing task of managing a massively interplanetary bureaucracy.

Beyond this zeal he demonstrates F-911 has a tendency to "conform" to the expectations of society. Or more accurately, his presumptions of the expectations of notail society. As a consequence he strives, as a leader of notails, to be more like his "direct rival" in the pecking order of notail society: O-6. In F-911's interpretation, this amounts to being a hardass "strong-man" who abrades and degrades his subordinates in order to "assure that they become the notail they were always meant to be."

He's highly competitive, and driven, and expects that of those that he associates with, particularly the F-Classes under him. Some people believe that underneath his stern exterior he is a kinder soul. Evidence of this is his treatment of people who fail him, He'll usually give a seemingly harsh punishment, that nonetheless does little to impair their ability to improve upon their failings next time.

He has indeed been known to emphasize the successes in people's failures, especially in private, and in his reports. "Within every crushing failure is a seed of victory waiting to bloom. E:<" He's been known to state as he puts a failing subordinate in a headlock for their failure.

F-911's greatest passion is in physical fighting, and combat sports. It is through this lens, and of course his expectations of society, that color his every interaction and action. He prefers to solve most disputes through less-than-lethal combats, excepting where the situation will not permit, which is more times than he is fully comfortable with.

History

The F-class that would become F-911 was a largely unassuming, if rather physically gifted member of his generation. The most notable thing he did prior to going into the woods, was look one of the attending M-classes straight in the face and say. "I'm going to do better than any of you E:<" before promptly stomping into the woods with a "swagger of intense determination."

During his days in the woods the future leader of the F-class dedicated himself to a singular mission: Of providing a better way of life for all notails involved, starting with those in the woods. For a time, his singular ambition was actually successful, with nothing more than his strength of personality, and his actual physical strength, he established his ideal of a new utopia in the middle of the woods. A world were every notail no matter their capability was guaranteed an opportunity to live and to thrive. All of which worked reasonably well during his time in the woods.

Unfortunately he realized that this could not last, and he would have to leave the woods one day. On the day before he was scheduled to leave the woods, he hosted a grand tournament to determine the successor of his ideal society, as he deemed that the most sensible way to do things. Many notails, mostly Y and F classes, participated in this tournament but ultimately there could be only one to challenge the King: A young Y-class with a crudely painted dragon mask. They a tumultuous engagement lasting the better part of the rest of the day, seemingly matched, until ultimately, F-911 bested the young dragon.

In a show of sportsmanship, F-911 went over to pick up his defeated opponent. At which point the young Y-class rose up from his defeated posture, and with a single blow, laid F-911 on the ground. Reportedly he was so stunned from this turn of events that he simply laid there, unmoving, to the point where the notails that came to pick him up had to quite literally, drag him off.

Afterwards he began the grueling and deeply disheartening process of adapting into the life of an F-class. Already deeply affected by the events of his last day in the woods, he was further scarred by the reality of adult notail society. Everything was going wrong, and only proceeded to go worse, when he received a most unfortunate visit from the current F-911. Perhaps he'd been particularly willful, maybe his emotional discord made him less productive, perhaps his reputation had proceeded him, or possibly F-911 didn't have any particularly reason, and just wanted someone to make an example of.

F-911 (The previous one) proceeded to enact a punishment of such severity, and arbitrary cruelty, that F-911 (The current one) insisted it be stricken from all record. Nonetheless its effects were pronounced, as it lit within F-911 (the current one) an indignant spark of rebellious ambition. He would not, he would rebuild his dream, even if he had to tear down everyone before him. And so the next day, he appeared, he wore a mask strikingly similar, to F-911's own.

Thus within the course of about a year and a half he worked, and worked, and worked, up reaching up in the rat-eat-rat society of the F-class until he had reached a position where he felt it appropriate to challenge F-911 for the title. He invited him to a "spar" on the roof of the tallest building on Eukaryote. What proceeded therein save that within an hour later, F-911's (the previous one) body was found crumpled and mangled on the street below said tallest building, and the paperwork for replacing him proceeded to be filed. F-911, appreciated the view at the current peak.

For all of the remainder of that day, as the immediate next day, he had a very intense meeting with notail president, O-6. What they discussed has not been disclosed, least of all by F-911 himself, but the very next day, F-911 started wearing his familiar attire that seemed conspicuously like O-6's.

Special

Tigerspaw: Among F-911's many many many responsibilities as leader of the F-Class is serving as a "Fashionable Double" in his words, for the notail leader O-6. In this capacity he is almost indistinguishable from the real deal save for some minor distinctions which, those unfamiliar with the real O-6 are unlikely to notice in any occasion. The most notable of these is F-911's tendency to be "nicer" than O-6, to a degree that's largely imperceptible to the ordinary person.

Trivia

• It has often been remarked that he probably should've been a Y-class with how much he enjoys "fun and friendly" fights. Unsurprisingly he gets along very well with Y-classes and with their leader. He often visits him whether he is invited or not, "for scrums and wrasslin".

• F-911's office and home prominently feature artwork featuring a silver tiger fighting a golden dragon. When asked about about what the significance of these pieces was, F-911 would simply. "There certainly is. E:<"

• F-911 largely gets along well with his fellow class leaders, regardless of how he behaves during meetings or their respective treatment of him. The exception is with the L-class leader, whom he finds "extremely annoying", perhaps do to them clashing in the matter of building permits though this unconfirmed.
