The second location we can go to is the scrapyard. It's what it says on the cover. I heard a bunch of mechanics in training love to go there and upgrade, fix, and deck out ships. It's a paradise for them! I mean technically using the scrap and broken vessels is stealing buuuuuuuuuut what big Pluto doesn't know won't hurt him.
