Sbat Peake

[A few minutes pass before Sbat feels like making causal conversation with Clay. To get around being unable to speak to Clay the way he usually does he puts his hand in Clay's, and signs. It's not perfect. Some signs are unable to be translated to touch alone, and Sbat needs to spell some words outright, but Clay is patient, asking Sbat to sign again when he doesn't understand. Eventually, it works well enough.]
(I wonder if all notail transportation on this planet is so poor on leaving on time.)
