Noverus Rayson

[When Noverus walks in Cobalt doesn't notice him right away. Instead Cobalt appears to be in an almost trance-like state as Cobalt looks at that watch from before. When Noverus closes the door the sound snaps her out of it and Cobalt puts it away before turning to face him.]
