Go through that window, avoid the lewd drawings, go through the lab drawer, then you go down into the basement, then though the library door, after that head through the heart one there, then to the meat locker door, and you should see a fairly normal door there, that should be the exit. Jeez, I hope you wrote that all down, because I do not feel like saying that again.
