Cobalt Ootkins

I can't -BEEP- tell how this happened, or really -BEEP- how to -BEEP- fix it.... -BEEP- I mean clearly the wires need to be put back together but I don't have the tools or any idea how to do it. -BEEP- What IS THAT NOISE? IT'S UTTERLY GETTING ON MY NERVES.
