The second place is the Steel Settlement. Most of the artists live here, along with long time guests who are vacationing here as opposed to just visiting. The whole settlement is taken care of by robots. In the middle of the settlement is a giant slab of volcanic glass with the story “Black Raven”, an epic about one person and how they defied fate.
