While Sonny isn’t exactly something you can always keep around, I can understand why you are using Sonny to cope. I don’t think thinking Sonny is real is quite a good view on this though. You need to understand that Sonny is in your head, but it’s ok if he is, he’s still Sonny. You can’t let him take over your life, but for now, I think Sonny can stay.
