Latta notices a device in the bushes and picks it up. The device is a video camera that was still recording. Latta stops it and rewinds it. The device had only been recently dropped as only 20 minutes back in the tape, Latta sees a person chatting away while being filmed. She lets the video rewind a bit more before she presses play.
