BOssB uses [All for one] to raise Cobalt’s speed while lowering anyone else to 1. Cobalt now has over 20 speed as [All for one] allows her to break the limit. BOssB then uses [Mindcontrol] to give Cobalt a high morale boost, and to make sure there is no hesitation. Mary turns around.
