No I don't believe so. Most ship AIs look quite different unless they are of the same kind.......In fact, me and this Apollo used to run ships. It's quite odd if you met Apollo.....as Hermes....It's possible that they placed Apollo into another body so you would see him in a Hermes body. Hermes is supposed to be the true tutorial guide, you understand.
