Noverus Rayson

The next planet is O'clair, homeworld of the oomn, a depressing race, and a depressing planet. On this planet is a large black box where all the oomn live. Outside of this black box are destroyed, weathered away, half-built cities. Signs that the oomn attempted to get past their box but failed.
