A 1 shall make Kelda a malevolent drakon. A 2-20 will lower Kelda's intelligence by one unless it reaches 0 at which point she will become a malevolent drakon. A 98-99 will add one intelligence unless it reaches 10 intelligence in which case she will become an enlightened drakon. A 100 will turn her in to an enlightened drakon. This roll is done every time she uses her powers due to her mutation.
Kelda took out the leather hat, the most useless item she had on her, and tried to gently lift it into the air. The hat flew up with incredible speed and hit the ceiling with such an impact a crack was left. Kelda couldn't believe she did that when trying to lift it gently.
