There's Gaia, a large ship...well, no, Gaia is a planet, which someone placed large rockets on. They thought this was a good idea. With impossible fuel costs, the only thing Gaia is good for is, well, being a planet. It's abandoned but has everything to start a civilization. If you find an infinite fuel source you can move Gaia.
