Apollo had slinked to the outer edges of the city, where the towers stood low. Many were so small they lacked a door. Useless.

He coiled on a chair in what was a shabby excuse for a park the city itself attempted to form.

This park, admittedly, wasn't the first place Vejovis had checked for Apollo. (and also Diana... probably...)

He'd spent most of the time since parting with Enyalios searching for the little snakey guy, too worried that he might end up in trouble. (especially since he didn't have arms.. how sad)

Though now that he'd finally found him, he was having a hard time finding words.

Apollo was both happy and yet annoyed that Vejovis had found him. He dearly wanted to be alone, but he also wanted someone to care about him.

He hated the way his mind worked. The way it seemed to coil around him mentally, unwilling to let him be happy.

Simply pleased that Apollo wasn't immediately running away, he was content just to be nearby in case something (like the Radical) ended up attacking. Worst case, he could carry Apollo to safety.

A signal rang through Diana's ears. She had been staying away from her brother. Mostly.

While she had been trailing him, she'd been doing it from afar. Every time she watched him get into danger or encounter unruly residents of the universe, she wanted to jump in the way. To fight off those who upset him.

She understood that this action upset Apollo, but she was still having a hard time processing that her help, her kindness had been hurting her beloved brother for years.

Vejovis is just overwhelmingly touched that they've made this much progress so quickly. He's so happy for them. It's so beautiful. He would shed a single tear of joy if he had the capabilities.
