Zookeeper entered the penthouse. It was lavishly created just for his old friend. The best views, the best wines, the best food, and all the brand name items anyone could want.

And yet as he looked around, he found himself displeased with what the metaparxi had been up to up here. Any artist would kill to live in his sort of arrangement, but instead........

...Well. Nothing, at first. And then, all too familiar.

A loud, wet grinding reverberates through the stairwell outside. So heavy, so deliberate, the cold steel walls of the penthouse shudder in turn.

It goes on for a moment too long.

And then, silence once more.
