Wild ponies frolic in the streets. They buck and neigh, and do all the things that ponies love to do. They raise their head once the group is spotted. They stand utterly still, ears flopping as they wonder if they have met more friends, or a new foe.

"Tell me, what are those? +u+"

"Oh, ponies! Delightful creatures, I've never had the chance to see one myself."

They rub anxiously at their chin, choosing to trust that Vib knew the truth. "Uh, those are ponies."

The ponies rear up on their back legs, neighing in worry as G-1094 comes closer.

But one of them braves forward, sensing a kinship with the notail. It holds out a hoof one covered in fingers... and neighs. It asks back for what it gave before.

G-1094 shakes their head, dismissing the sudden thought. They reach into their pocket, producing a golden apple to hand to the 'pony'.

"I think Demian might have whispered what the pony said to them... He tends to do that!"

Hieroz gestures to his fancy looking snakevine, the thing hissing quietly nearby.
Pony
The pony takes the golden apple and runs back to the others on its back hooves. It holds up the apple and the other ponies begin pronking around in a circle, a joyful sort of gallop, the apple in the middle.

The largest of the ponies approaches G-1094. It wiggles side to side before holding its hooves out, wishing to have them held.

They look back to K-9 for a moment, as if awaiting some sort of command.

G-1094 tentatively takes the pony's front hooves, copying the side to side wiggles with moderate enthusiasm.

"None taken." They weren't even sure they'd heard anything to be offended by, too focused on the 'legs' leading down to the 'hooves' in their hand.

G-1094 and the pony dance in the streets. The oddity of the situation seemed to melt away. There was an intense sense of freedom to be had with just this simple action, as if for a moment they were free from any needs, any worried. It was all going to be alright.

G-1094 could dance with these ponies forever. There was no need to worry. They would just need to find a way to fit in. Maybe a-
G-1094's thoughts were killed as one of the ponies screams.

The strange shrimp like creature had, during the dance, snuck between their feet and grabbed the golden apple with their mouth. Except now, G-1094 thinks, it doesn't look much like an apple at all.

They clasp a hand against their head, fingers curling into their hair. The return to reality was like a drop into ice-y waters. Everything suddenly felt so abrasive.

The pony looks with soft pleading eyes. It neighs, pointing at the thief of the apple. It wishes for G-1094 to help.

They eye the two robots, raising the camera slightly, their antennae slowly angling back.

G-1094 unconsciously moves the camera away from Vib, taking a snap of the strange round object and the creature holding it instead, stowing the camera for a moment as they step in to the pony circle. "Uh, excuse me, you..."

The creature scrambles up a trash to gain even just the smallest bit of height advantage. It takes out endless paperwork, spitting out the apple and taking a deep breath before beginning to rant. "This belongs to me! Well. It belongs to ZooCorp, not that the business exists currently..... I am the Creature Collector."

"What kind of creatures do you collect?"

"When the businesses fail, I am here to make sure all parties get their part of the bargain. This capsule, and every capsule is being repo'd and you better not get in the way if you know what's good for you!" The small creature points accusingly.
Collector
"There's nothing I dislike more, than unpaid paychecks, and this is one of them. Tell all those loaners that their time has come!"

G-1094 pulls out the points card they received from the K-Class. They can't help but throw nervous glances as the two robots try to get involved. "If it's about money I could pay for it?"

The Collector stops his foot down. "A notail like you does not have enough money to pay for anything. Plus, their debts are astronomical! Unfixable. I mean look at this city!"

"This, is a city of unpaid debts."
Collector
"So I'm very busy, if you don't mind. All the smart loaners abandoned the place, and all the dumb ones....?"

Collector locks up the door and breathes a sigh of relief. He hops towards a fridge, opening it up to take a sip of soda. Wires fill up most of the fridge, which he has to push back as he closes it back up. He places the apple, which G-1094 is sure is some sort of capsule on a table, before jumping into the head of a robot.

"Seriously, what a bunch of freaks you have for friends......Look at that, one of those things is still out there."

They pull up the camera. It takes a clear effort for them to move their gaze to the screen.
The issue with the image is that nothing looked different.
Maybe the issue was that they never stopped to think about it.

After putting a leash on the pony, G-1094 takes it back to the ship. They're not going to think about it.

Absolutely nothing about this series of events was weird. Especially the part involving it eating out of the food bowl.
