The CAPTAIN OF THE WINGED SAIL had been waiting for someone out there to contact him about his Blackbird. He couldn't stop looking at his photos and calling out for his beloved creature. He would do ANYTHING to get Blackbird back. ANYTHING.

And then, he heard someone enter his cove. No one ever comes here, so it had to be......

"DO YE GOT MY BLACKBIRD?????!?!?"

As the notail approaches his cove, Blackbird's rope in hand, he gives a polite wave to the geiger.

The captain doesn't think this is true, people don't just do good things for no reason. He refuses to believe what this notail is trying to tell him.

But then...he remembers one thing. But that thing was his ticket to wealth. He looks to Blackbird who tries to struggle against the binds. He grits his fangs.

Captain
"Why don't you just return my blackbird out of the goodness of your little notail heart? You got one of them!"

"Nothing but Blackbird? What a shame… Looks like you'll have to be left with nothing after this. OwO"

He watches Blackbird be tugged and how his poor creature squawked in fear. Blackbird could tell there was something wrong and horrible about this notail.

The captain doesn't mention he stole this ancient from Classless-7.
The smile on his plastic face almost seems to widen, though it's but a trick of the eye as his entire demeanor switches.

He takes a few seconds to himself to pretend to think it over, before finally beginning to walk over to the geiger. "Well then, I believe we've got a done deal, captain. UwU"

He doesn't want to beg. He doesn-

"This was my meal ticket, notail. Have a heart. If you let me keep both, I swear to you, on my name as Captain of the Winged Sail, I'll......" He pauses trying to think.

"I'll be in your debt. Please." He knows it's useless. Even as he asks to keep the ancient creature, he's holding it out to the notail.

His blank eyes stare right into the geiger, and there's a moment where he pauses… And then begins to laugh. "Your debt? Your debt? What could that possibly mean to me? You, who is willing to sacrifice everything for a bird? OwO"

There are a few moments where he looks from Blackbird to the ancient thornhead.

Yoinker attempts to swiftly grab the ancient creature that was offered to him, and then book it, Blackbird, thornhead, and all.
