After paying the lady at the counter for a hint as to where to go to find a legendary you end up outside of a village guarded by a single hohun guard, and her meg.

The hint didn't say that this was the way to go....but something about that village just....hits with you. You need to get in there.

In the village the day turns into a harsh night. Only small torches light your way. You're forced to pretend you're looking for your "box capture creature" until you're out of sight of the hohun.

Currently you can check out a few locations.

The first is a tall tower. Art pieces are plaster out of them, crude and childish in form.

The second is a tunnel leading to underground.

The third leads to a small farm.

A LEGENDARY DAN'GERSIGN APPEARS!!!!

This fella has been stealing love letters and diary entries from the area around.....don't read them too closely.

A bell rings, and a shopkeeper appears.

He hangs produce at his stall, and takes out a knife to cut up meats. He tosses a slice to the dan'gersign, still able to understands the needs of the animal.
Do you....approch?

The creature holds up a single finger in the air.
And wags it back and forth.
You know better then to try, right?

The group hears a tree branch break.

But when you all look behind yourself, nothing is there. "Must have been the wind" you think.

Crazy TODDY SPAWNS A CHAINSAW!!!!!!

And hands Slug an amazing looking star fruit!

Taffy grabs the worm and runs.......but, the feral cat the monster was about to feed jumps out of the bush and sneaks attack Taffy!!!!!!

Claws dig into Taffy and Taffy is forced to drop the worm! The feral cat...is huge.

Charlie tries to shove the chainsaw into the monster for MASSIVE DAMAGE, but misses.

The creature bangs its fist on the table over and over, not in anger, but jubliation.

Smoke pours out of the face of the monster! The party can't see well, -2 to the next roll for each member!

Sandy SMASHES into the cat, knocking it off of Taffy!

It counters naturally!

Sandy jumps back. It gets a large scratch on its front leg, but it overall isn't a serious wound!

Champ attacks, but just grazes slightly the feral feline. It counters!

It misses....but it feels extra empowered for the next roll it does. LOOK OUT!!!!

Slug gnaws on the antenna, but just barely! This attacks just aren't hitting the critical mark!

A powerful counter is summoned.

Slug is grabbed by the neck, and claws dig into him! It's a massacre!

Oh but the worst part....the worst part is that this cat didn't kill Slug. it just paralyzed it. Slug cannot move for the rest of the game! He is far too hurt.

Charlie swings it into a tree!!!!!! It got stuck........
The feral cat attacks Charlie!

It slashes at Charlie, getting him away from the chainsaw!

Taffy grabs the worm and starts running! She dodges a claw by the feral cat as it tries to follow her!

Champ attacks and bites the cat, it YOWLS IN LAUGHTER AND COUNTERS.

It grabs Champ by the base of the skull and-



-Champ is on the floor. He can't move anymore, but he's alive.......

Strawberry Mocha grabs the chainsaw and struggles to pull it out!
The cat appears behind Strawberry Mocha.

It pulls out the chainsaw for Strawberry Mocha!
And hands it over.

He.....he fails.....

And claws Strawberry Mocha across the face.

The monster and his feral cat are so engrossed with their two piles of meat - the blorts - and strawberry that they ignore the fleeing rat!
Taffy gets out of the village!

Because the two are so distracted, those riding on the thornhead are also almost out of the village! As they ride, they see doors open, and shadowy arms reach out.....are they asking for you to come, or asking for you to stay?

Many of the faces are ones Mr. Once remembers.

Strawberry Mocha sends it right into the chest of the feral cat! It laughs, and it laughs, it's happier than ever before!!!!!

And as it reaches over with what little breath it has..... it counters.

It slices at Strawberry's neck, but Strawberry Mocha is able to back away with only a wound! Thank goodness for feathers softing the blow.

You are too paralyzed with horror to move.
You cannot protect either blort.

The butcher turns his open sign and closes for the day.

He places his hand under his chin and leans on the counter, waving a friendly goodbye to his customers. He then takes the extra meat and tosses it to the floor as a hoard of real (yet....wrong) cats swarm to partake in a meal once loved.

The group leaves the village. The hohun asks where the box is, did they find it in there?

But no one says anything.

You all leave, and don't speak about what monsters you saw within.
