Plushkekis are a much more ethical way to own a toy cekeki to some people because at no point has a plushkeki ever been an intelligent species. Instead a plushkeki is created using a recently dead animal. Usually shelter pets being put down due to space issues are used to give them a second chance. Is there something wrong about trapping the memories of a perfectly fine pet into the body of a plushie to make them more marketable, thus generating an income for the shelter?
