CHEAP DRAMA
[Everything's Gonna Be Okay]

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the event, socks had so far been making himself quite busy just lending a hand to anyone who seemed to need it. It was almost tough to count how many new friends he'd made in the last few days alone! This was probably a new personal best after all consideration.

Now that he'd finished his work for the moment though, he was thinking about paying a visit to some of his new friends.

"Hmmmm, I wonder how Mr. Poet is doing? >w<" He tapped on his mask in idle thought for a moment.

With a hop and a skip, he headed towards the main stage- that was where he last saw his large, feathered, friend... or at least future friend. Willpower was an incredible thing, and Socks' wouldn't be giving up without a fight (metaphorically). Perhaps from there he could find a trace of where Mr. Poet had disappeared to previously?

The Poetnix had remained on his stage in an invisible state. He picked up his birds but could find no muse for them. Each bird had closed its beak shut.

He couldn't write. That's what his critics said. His stories were "cheap drama." His characters as flat as cardboard and their motives unknown. People were more excited to see a minor deity than him.

He liked what he created. He thought the stages and their plays were amusing and fun! Who doesn't like a little cheap drama in their life? Would they all prefer to be bored?

The Poetnix grabbed one of his puppets. His muse. His device of cheap drama. He liked what he did. He liked his stories. A fire grew within him.

This was harder to do without an artist do do the recoloring for him. Oh well.

While approaching the stage, Socks watched a new bird rise. The bird of CHEAP DRAMA.

The slightly crumpled paper is folded into quarters. Opening it up, it appears Socks has made an attempt to write a poem for "Mr. Poet".

Socks just can't help how excitable he is about presents. He picks up the box from the ground and gives it a light shake, trying to listen for a sound inside. Surely, emotions aren't something that can be wrapped up. Maybe the birdie meant it was like... an emotional gift? Oh! Maybe there was something fun inside!?

"Oh this note you've given me is actually quite sweet." The Poetnix looks up from his note as Socks opens the box. "NO YOU FUCKING IDIOT. I'M SUPPOSED TO BE THE BIRD OF CHEAP DRAMA. YOU CAN'T JUST OUT CHEAP DRAMA ME LIKE THIS!!!!!"
Socks has gained all of the emotions that had never been allowed to him due to his W-class heritage.
