A team have gotten lost in the wooded landscape while chasing the ancient! That little creature was just too slippery! Looking around they see two tracks:

The first looks like that creature that's been posted all over the tweeper account of that L-439 or whoever her name is. That weird eyegret.

The second looks much like the first one, but it looks like the creature's steps are more erratic, also it appears someone else was following it too!

The giant ear mallon attempts to find where the tracks are going!

The mallon rushes ahead into the forest so fast the rest of you have trouble following. You not only find the legendary eyegret, but something else......

A LEGENDARY EYEGRET HAS APPEARED
The creature is snooty, and looks at you with annoyance!

A YOUNG ADULT EYEGRET HAS APPEARED
It begs for food from the other one, even though it's clearly big enough to feed itself!

The begging eyegret runs up to the group, mouth open!!!!!!

The eyegret grabs Spatial the arise!

You have a burger BUT THAT WAS YOUR FOOD! YOUR ONLY FOOD TODAY! DO YOU REALLY WANT TO RISK THROWING IT?

The adult eyegret looks at the younger one with distaste. It's very hard to eat an arise due to their large shell!

The OLDER EYEGRET EATS THE BURGER INSTEAD.
And younger eyegret spits out the starry arise and starts to peck at it.

And it's doing some damage! The arise needs help, and soon!

Daisy's plant bites the younger eyegret and it squawks and jumps back. It tries to hide under the adult eyegret, but it's too big. You watch the talons of the adult twitch.

It very much wants to kick this youngling in the face.

So.

Very.

Much.

The older eyegret starts to focus on you instead of the """child""" it so desperately wants to kick.

Peaches attempts to get the baby to come out and it works!!!! Downside: The ""baby"" now has Peaches the gwech in its mouth. Why can't this bird stop trying to eat everything!!!!

Your arise explains that the young adult eyegret is very very hungry, and that its adopted parent had been feeding it for a long long time! Longer that it should have. The parent is now annoyed the other doesn't know how to hunt, and the younger one is sad about being really hungry......
You....don't know how you understood that, especially as all your arise said was "Arise arise arise."

The momma pecks at you. She doesn't understand your language but her anger against her baby is not being unleashed on you!!!!!

Your rat starts RUNNING!!!!!!!!!!

You try to force the baby to follow the rat, but it's not interested.
The rat....it's......why is it running so far......why is it running so fast???

"Squeek"

The mallon returns with a large bloody leg!

The rat is pet. :)
The baby eyegret sniffs at the bloody leg.

And takes it! It loves it!!!!! The gwech is dropped as it starts to consume the leg of cattle.

The mother has calmed down seeing her child eat a bloody piece of meat! Still she's not impressed with you. You'll have to impress her if you want her to come with you, but as you solved her problem, it'll be a bit easier to do so.

You show off your shiny arise. The eyegret holds it in her hands and looks it over. She nods her head, then sits on the arise.
She has accepted this new egg you've given her. She hopes it will hatch into a super pretty baby.
The Legendary has been tamed.

The younger eyegret has finished eating the leg and has started to loudly complain about how hungry it is. If you don't do something soon it'll leave!

Your rat lays down the the floor and shows you its belly. It wants pets too much to look for food now.

The eyegret is getting more and more screamy! You have one more action to find it a meal before it escapes.

Daisy is not in bloom right now.
The eyegret, angry and hungry flies away. It cries out, begging, pleading for food.
