"It's right h- Uh. Hold on. I'm sure it's around here somewhere." Horseface looks around, and just starts looking in his pockets for a wandettle, pulling out various clownery objects.

Large footsteps rumble outside the tent. Each one getting closer than the last. The clowns turn their heads towards the sound, some twisting their heads in confusion.

Pennyelope the head clown goes to pull back the tent entrance, but something rips though the fabric before he can.

With claws as long as person and impossibly sharp, the entrance is torn into ribbons.

"Helper's left hoof! Fuckin' scram!" The clowns flee as the monumentally sized avian lurches forward, sweeping its claws through the tent. It has yet to hit a single one, but the threat of being ripped in two is very real.

"FOR THE LOVE OF- HEY! CIRCUS TENTS ARE EXPENSIVE!" Horseface scatters momentarily, dodging the claws left and right, his luck holding out for a moment. He gets over to Helpy, hiding behind her and shaking her shoulders a bit. "Hey, hey, little help here? Giant monster mode, maybe?"

Helpy snaps out of her fear as Horseface hides behind her, the final clown left in the tent. "What the fuck is wrong with you?"

The Poetnix unfluffs his feathers and lowers his claws and body to the floor.
Poetnix
"I didn't want to talk to you if other people were around."
Helper
"Hey there buddy!~ Have you heard of this new invention? It's called phone!"

"That uh, wouldn't be very uh...."
Helper
"It wouldn't be fucking thematic, that's what you're going to tell me? That's the excuse you're going to use while looking at me, a fucking clown?"

Was the last line written on the page. The Poetnix looked it over, pen in hand. He considered ripping out the pages but he knew it wouldn't work. He might have been able to trick the Helper into coming into his novel, but to rip her out now that she was aware? It would be too complicated.

He places his lone talons on his head, stressed. "Oh Neo, why did I write in a new Limbo god. This wasn't going to solve the Radical being here....."

The Poetnix skimmed the words appearing on the page. He didn't want to read them. They were both making better points. Points he should listen to. And yet his mind fought against them. As if it wanted to jump into the path of destruction for the drama of it.

Yet he was not having fun. The story before him was awful. Rotten, and any sensible editor would have it destroyed.
