These types of cekeki are anomalous, peeled forms of their more common seafaring counterparts. They are anomalous batteries and detectors, able to passively store anomalous energy in their bodies, and making a distinct "kekeki" sound when they detect an anomalous source. Due to their fear of losing all of their powers and disappearing, most cekeki sit entirely still.
