O-2 has two modes, and two modes only, and yet it is impossible to tell which is which until it's too late. Almost all of the time, O-2 is relaxed and chilled out. As he comments, "Most of the time, I'm just a visitor to this plain of existence. I'm just here to take in everything." And taking in everything is what O-2 does.

O-2 does not forget. O-2 has what he calls a videographic memory. He remembers everything that has ever happened around him, seemingly down to the last detail. This claim can seem very flimsy, after all when in a conversation with O-2, asking him a question about something going on normally ends in a "Huh?" from O-2, but this is not the case. While he seems lost in conversations that he's in when relaxed, it seems to be simply because he has dissociated from it all. He's not apart of the meeting going on. He doesn't exist as the body in the room known as O-2. He is like a ghost watching it all, a ghost who has been snapped back into reality and is simply surprised that someone noticed him.

But we can tell you first hand, that just because it doesn't seem like he's listening. Doesn't mean he isn't. He remembers. He remembers everything.

Especially the mistakes.
