A ghostly blort who spawned inside the shoes of a man that died of a heart attack. Some of the man's voice is still trapped inside of it. It says things like "Paper or plastic? Maybe I should have learned a trade. I wonder what's on tv tonight?" This has no effect on the way it acts, and it mutters this at random. (Including, annoyingly, in the middle of the night.)
