The stillness in the air.....trouble was afoot, but this crew didn't quite know what was wrong. There was a minor shake through the town, and while the notails perked up, they did not seem to mind.

Out loud at least.

The creature tracks were slim pickings. There weren't many caborhunds (apparently, they taste great fried) but they did find one set of tracks rushing into the wasteland.

Unsure if they wanted to the the risk, the crew considered what else they could do in town.

They could go check out the castle's water supply.

Maybe check out some sort of fortune telling booth.

Or even check out if there's any sales going on at those weird stores.

They could also do something else....

Beeatrix bent down and touched her hand to the tracks then to her tongue. She tastes the dust like in the movies when they track things and then she proceeds to cough and spit, "Yuck! That was a terrible idea! What was I thinking??"

Beeatrix brushes the dust off her robes and stands tall at a good three feet before looking at her party members.
She addresses them, "Hello and greetings! I am Beeatrix Majidaunt. I was planning on searching for both the Bug and the odd germ I had gazed upon around the confessionals. It seems the bug may have to wait some other day... It has moved off into the wastes, too dangerous for a older wizard like myself."

She asks the group, "Any idea where one might find that religious blueberry?"

"My first guess would be somewhere around that booth they had everyone go into upon being put here."

"Oh we're doing introductions, Well I'm Aquamarine... just call me Aqua. I'm in it for my own reasons, and... my best guess on where a religious... "blueberry" would be somewhere holy, perhaps a field of great growth or tranquility. Something stupid like that. I for one want nothing to do with the gods."

"I am not sure who you're talking about, but from my understanding the booths the crew use to record people were converted from a confessional, which is pretty religious."

Ember slowly rises back up, dusting off the robe shrouding her form, not that her vibrant colors could be hidden well, looming over everyone at seven feet tall.

"What even is a religious blueberry, anyway?"

Beeatrix looks about the area as she listen to her party members, "I am thinking if booths are the case then perhaps we should check out the odd fortune telling booth over there! Surely that is some sort of booth?"

"Sounds like a good start then, lets head there..." Aqua also stood at a decent 6'5 feet tall, big for an aftik.

"Kree kree kree. I don't think that's the same, but doesn't hurt to check!"

And Red stands up, being even taller then the jungle aftik, if only by a couple inches.

Beeatrix strokes her beard. "If not, I'm sure they will turn up soon enough. It is the most likely place I can manage to think of. Priests do not hang out in stores and water plants. That is, unless they are apart of a metal band or something akin to metal!"

She walks over towards the fortune-telling booth.

You all decide to enter the fortune telling booth.

You all expected to view a wise oracle. A genius of the faith, one who knows the hate of the gods.

The unicorn chews on the points card, seemly just fine with this. How silly of you to think this was anything but an overgrown steed. Look at you, all fools for talking to it.

She prepares to head out towards the movie set.

Beeatrix is a little confused by what her party members are doing. She seemed content to watch but she guesses she will probably have to speak up.

Beeatrix steps up stands as tall as she can and says, "Hello! My name is Beeatrix Majidaunt. I have some interest in hearing about your Christian religion and possible conversion!"

It seems like her tall companions were overshadowing her and missing the point here, however.

She then goes off on her own thoughts on if she now has to respec into a priest now and if she should look into getting a religious outfit.
She asks out loud to Christleprae, "Do I have to move up religious rankings and complete quests? What are the requirements to gaining cool priest robes?"

Beeatrix is utterly surprised and considered it rather odd bricks can do that. Perhaps this religion is blessed after all if it can make the stonework sing in such a manner.
Beeatrix would take morale damage and freak out a bit... but, she is an apidee and also delusional. She takes it as it comes and says, "Wow! These stones sure can sing!"

She let out a small sigh. "Yea yeah I know. I just. I needed to get it off my chest. I know I'm stupid and I know what I did was stupid and you know what. I probably will continue to be stupid and ask for forgiveness. There will never be a good enough reason I could give, but I can at least say this.
