That is right, Player! She can do a wide array of magic. It is quite stunning; you should watch one of her shows when you have the time.

Circe is currently under house arrest, so to speak. She has, done a few terrible things, and was to be sent to the tutorial for her crimes, but I could not let it happen! Circe is a delightful person, if eccentric, putting a person like her in prison forever will not fix anything. Many of her crimes are due to a lack of understanding or wishing to obtain something she cannot get usually.

People have been hurt and....at least one killed due to Circe, but she is not evil. There is a difference between being evil, and being lost. Real evil is a rare occurrence! Most people labeled as evil are merely people who are scared of something, one way or the other. Be it of not being able to eat, not being accepted by peers, or even a more primal and deep fear.

I fully believe that Circe can be reformed and I am trying my hardest to do so. I didn't even know Circe personally until I saw her case and appealed it. I cannot believe the others couldn't see that Circe was not evil. The murder she committed, she didn't mean it. It was an accident. What do you obtain from punishing accidents?
