This character tends to be calmer than most and is slightly more likely to be able to calm down faster in tense situations and clear their mind.
This character can speak to other characters using telepathy. This may also mean the character is able to also hear the thoughts of the other people but this is not always the case.
This character speaks in riddles, code, and tends to be extremely hidden about their words. Due to this it's extremely hard for people around them to understand what they are trying to say.

Physical Description
The magusar were large sea stars with a stiff, carapaced exterior. They have 8 arms, and an eye in the center, behind a translucent portion of their carapace. They move slowly, and prefer to stay in one place that they observe as much as possible. They posses telepathy with which they have used to answer any question asked near them.
Personality
The magusar like to be dispensers of the wisdom and musings they have accrued over years of watching the world. However, as they 'speak' by sending the thoughts directly into the listener's head, this results in the listener hearing the answer exactly as the magusar thinks it, unfiltered by language, and thus distorted into a somewhat-nebulous statement. They do not like rephrasing their thoughts, and generally feel they are doing a great service unto them just by "talking."
Magusar usually prefer to stay in one place, as they likely have picked that spot and slowly adjusted it for optimal viewing. Putting them in spot where they can't see anything is something they very much disapprove of. If one continually agitates a magusar, they will eventually decide to remove the offending individual by flooding their thoughts with mental white noise anytime they are within range.
History
While the magusar remember what they did, and what they've been told those in the past did, it is all just a collection of places a magusar saw events happening, ans what happen there, at that moment. After first contact, they became popular pets, and it was believed they could predict the future. After the fad wore off, the trend went the other direction, and it was assumed they were just making random telepathic insertions. No more accurate than an eight ball.
After a roughly a millennia, an effort to prove that they were a sapient species, and not non-sapient fauna, started to gather momentum. It culminated in it being recognized that they were a species, however they had become okay with being treated as pets, as long as it wasn't mistreatment. The only request was that magusars were not to be moved without their consent.
Despite being naturally heavily armored, the magusars were among the species that were killed during the undead war.
Home Planet
Kjgui, also known as Space Parking Klot 8, is a planet of mostly beaches, with wet lands further in on the lager chunks of land. Due to harsh weather, most life was developed thicker exterior protection: shells, carapaces, or just plain tough skin.
After the magusars went extinct, the planet was bought by Yutrim Gfaio, a volkronn attempting to get ahead in the planetary parking lot industry. By starting it. Space Parking Klot 8 is the most finished of the 21 Space Parking Lots. Never saw completion, and thus the plan to fix the typo was never gotten to. Most native life is either also extinct, or rescued and relocated.
Special
Thought-speak: Magusars communicate through telepathy, directly sending thoughts into those they 'talk' to. They are also able to understand all speech, as they can take the thoughts being processed by the speech center of the brain. They cannot access thoughts from the non-speech-related parts.
Trivia
• Magusars view thier memories as the most valuable object the universe, bar none. Thus the idea of tampering with them, and compromising the factual integrity said memories is offensive, and is something that should be eradicated from the universe. They would be delighted if you could goo do that for them.
• It shouldn't be a surprise that they especially loathe marsues, to the point that they will jam them just for getting with-in range of their telepathy, having surprising managed to disseminate the appearance of them amoungst their whole kind. Marsues also spurred them to also jam anyone who attempt to access them telepathically, with no exceptions.
• While magusars disapprove of destroying any record on principle, it's no much of a loss in their view, as the record was likely faulty anyway. Destruction of fictional works and other perfectly acceptable, and they don't even know why anyone would give falsehoods the time of day.
• Magusars are very much tired of the mythical isment species, and will not tolerate anyone claiming they are real and/or that they are an isment.
