Likes: Idiots, Trusting people, Lawless planets, Exploring, Experimenting, Aliens
Dislikes: Smart aliens, Fights
Contributions: X-Classes have been fairly helpful in discovering the inner physical and mental workings of other species, including some more intelligent faunas. If X-classes weren't the worst type of notail they would be more welcomed.

Constantly winning the poll for the worst type of notail by a landslide every single time, the X-class didn't gain such a reputation for no reason. When most think notail, they think of a creepy manipulative creature that calmly stalks out "prey," also known as anyone and everyone, before either stealing them away or drawing in the foolish to be experimented on. The notail being described is the X-class.
X-classes start out like most notails and don't show signs of being any special until they get their hands on another species. X-class children are the bane of every metaparxi, constantly attempting to run crude experiments or attempting to harm them for fun. In this time metaparxis and any other species living around an X-class can simply brush them off. After having a rather normal experience in the forest and reaching adulthood, they become exponentially more deadly to all non-notails.
X-classes study aliens, usually by buying a few subjects and opening them up despite many already have enough information about their biology to not warrant having more people torn apart in the name of science. Sadly X-classes aren't just about studying the biology of aliens, they also wish to study the inner mind of their subjects, sometimes leading subjects to live in an experiment for the rest of their life.
People think anyone who gets trapped by an X-class must be dumb, but the fact of the matter is that X-classes rarely show their actual letter off their home planet. Instead they opt to appear as the more friendly and likable K-nowledge or E-xplorer classes. Most X-classes are almost always outside of their homeworld and are known for being overly friendly to aliens. They will do anything to get as close as possible to their next subject and ask them rather strange questions. Veterans of space travel are quick to tell newbies to never trust a friendly notail.
Once an X-class is back at their lab they either tend to mellow out, becoming monotoned and cold, or worse, they keep their overly friendly and happy tone while running their experiments.
Ironically about 80% of X-classes will gain an illness that causes them to become obsessed with a subject matter, commonly a type of alien and proceed to collect and protect them instead of ripping them apart. This is still extremely unsettling considering this still requires kidnapping people.
X-plorer: This type of X-class was created just to collect "subjects." They're not as smart as other notails, causing them to be outed and very uncomfortable around non-X or K classes. These notails are instead very charming and their rather naive mannerism causes people to trust them. These X-classes love nothing more than to manipulate people into following them and bringing them back to labs for other X-classes to fawn over.
• X-class notails can be found in groups of K and E-class notails for their whole lives, starting right from childhood where they quest around with them.
• X-class notails have an extremely hard time making friends outside of other notails. They often find themselves wanting to hurt their alien friends and even pets. As such many say that X-class notails can "never be rehabilitated."
• There are rather "strange" novels written about X-classes falling in love with their subjects. We would like to remind you that those are works of fiction, an X-class is more likely to torture a person on a physical or emotional level than "love" one.
