Exactly what the label describes, ominous floating hands are a humanoid-like hand with 4 fingers that ends at the wrist. It is currently unknown how, but floating hands can fly about in almost any environment, seemingly unaffected by the vacuum of space or toxic atmospheres. Some may wear a glove, all attempts of trying to trace the origin of the gloves recovered from floating hands have come up inconclusive.
Ominous floating hands are non-aggressive unless provoked, and their apparent objective is to only poke, pat, or press into at a selected individual and leave. These selected individuals are chosen by random, and could be any given person in the universe, as floating hands have been known to travel for extremely long distances just to find their victim. If attacked however, the hand will retaliate by punching and/or slapping the aggressor, however attacks are rarely fatal and in worst case scenario will knock someone out.
Ominous floating hands will never turn down a handshake or hi five.
Ominous floating feet: Far less tolerable than a hand. Extremely rare as most are killed on sight due to having the objective of kicking their selected victim.
• It is not recommended to avoid the hand if it is clearly after one's self as it will not stop its hunt until it's finished with its job.
• After many studies notails have agreed that the ominous floating hands are a universal anomaly, though are benign at most. Current recommendations for dealing with ominous floating hands are to just kill it like one would a large spider, open a window so that it can leave the area, or just deal with the event and let the hand leave afterwards.
• The notail scientist who investigated the ominous floating hands had this to say. "Why?" This was the full speech about them followed by 5 minutes of staring at a slideshow of ominous floating hands with the word "Why?" overlaying every image.
